岗位职责：
1.Design and development of high efficiency and high precision automatic production line, especially the automatic development of mechanical and structural components.
2.Develop and design unique automation equipment for advanced lithium battery process, which can realize high-speed batch production of new process and new design battery cell.
3.Overall plan the layout of high-speed automatic production line, improve product quality and performance by optimizing equipment layout and equipment selection.
4.Automatic upgrading and transformation of the equipment of the existing lithium battery production line to improve efficiency and excellence.
5.Determine the equipment selection and configuration in the construction stage of the new production line, design and develop the fixtures and various automatic logistics systems required by the automatic production line.
6.Continue to pay attention to the la**** equipment and technology in the lithium battery industry, propose advanced technology improvement, lead the industry trends, and apply for patent and protect the la**** design.
能力要求：
1.Experienced (4 to 5 years) in cylindrical lithium-ion battery cell manufacturing equipment improve and development.
2.Has experience to installation and adjust automatic lithium-ion battery production line, especial have the new cell line set up experience.
3.Very familiar with the whole equipment of cylindrical battery cell, especial have the experiment of high-speed Korea and Japan automatic assembly line (more than 200PPM).
4.Should have college degree or above, Major in mechanical design or related.
5.Cooperative, positive and normal ability of reading and writing in English.
