工作职责：
-Technical interface with global R&D and system team
-Lead NPI project with cross function team in SJV to catch target
-Technology owner for quality analysis, include design review, validate plan, and action plan.
-Work with product manager and sales team to provide Competitive solution to customer
-Work with global team to get cost out of product and optimization
-Technical file maintenance, structure drawings and BOMs, user manual, etc.
-Work with workshop, quality, sourcing to keep product line running well
-Product support to commercial, technical support, product line, service, etc.
-CCC, IEC **** and research ****.
-Other work assigned by Manager.

资格要求：
-Bachelor degree or above, mechanism or electricity background
-2 years or above experience to ACB R&D
-Self-motivated to solve and push target to go ahead
-Project management experience is plus
-Ability to lead cross function team for project and issues solving
-Independent design and problem solving ability
-Familiar with AutoCAD, Pro-Engineer, office software etc.
-Excellent English level
-Good communication skill and team spirit
-Innovation and active
